Red Cliff Legal is a small, local firm with access to resources and a network of attorneys across the country. Aaron’s legal experience includes work in estate planning, consumer bankruptcy, civil litigation, mass torts, probate, adoption, and corporate in-house counsel. These experiences over the last fifteen years provide Aaron with a unique perspective as he now focuses on helping individuals and families in his preferred areas of law, estate planning and small businesses. Aaron is currently licensed to practice in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and North Dakota. He enjoys working with proactive people who seek to plan ahead, protect their property, and preserve their legacy for family and future generations.

Attorney
Aaron was raised in northern Utah and graduated with degrees in History and International Studies from the University of Utah and later earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution there as well. He attended law school at Willamette University in Oregon, where he was editor for Willamette Law Online and wrote for the Willamette Sports Law Journal. Aaron is married, has three daughters, and enjoys trying to keep up with all their activities. He and his family now live in southern Utah and enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer while staying active with the community through church, chamber of commerce, and other local organizations.
